From I-80 westbound: Take Exit 367, turn right onto Frontage Road/Campstool Road, and then turn right on Hutchins Drive (just after Best Western). The resort is about one-third of a mile up on the left. From I-80 eastbound: Take Exit 367, turn left onto Frontage Road/Campstool Road, go under the overpass, and then turn right on Hutchins Drive (just after Best Western). The resort is about one-third of a mile up on the left.
Each RV site allows space for the RV and tow vehicle. Triple towing is not allowed; towed vehicles must be unhooked and parked in overflow. Overflow parking is available at the end of the building, in the playground area, and at the pavilion lot. A $10 fee applies for each additional vehicle. Car camping is allowed only in designated tent sites (T01–T11), which include water and electric hookups.

We know plans can change! Call us at 800-689-6603 and we’ll help you adjust your stay. Text or email changes can’t be accepted.
Grace Period: Change within a few hours of booking — no fee.
Standard Window: Change your dates anytime before the cancellation deadline with no penalty.
Late Changes: After the deadline, changes are still possible (alteration fee applies), subject to availability.
Cancel Your Reservation
If you can’t reschedule, here’s how cancellations work:
Grace Period: Cancel within a few hours of booking — full refund.
Standard Window: Cancel before the deadline — $20 fee for short-term stays, $100 fee for extended stays.
Late Cancellation or No-Show: After the deadline, deposits are partially or fully forfeited (short-term: 100% of deposit; extended stays: 50% of first month’s rent).
Special rules may apply for holidays, events, or natural disasters.

Pets are welcome at Cheyenne RV Resort! All RV and tent sites, as well as select designated cabins, are pet friendly. Enjoy our on-site dog park for your convenience and your pet’s enjoyment. Pets must be leashed at all times, including at campsites, and may not be left unattended. No standard pet fee for RV or tent sites — pet-friendly cabins require a $5 pet fee. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets and for any damages or additional cleaning fees. Aggressive pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome everywhere, at all times—without restriction or fee.
